Truly You Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business and want to ensure everyone has a positive experience at our clinic. To help us manage our schedule effectively and ensure fairness to all clients and staff, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice:  You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no shows: A non-refundable $75 fee will be charged to your credit card on file. This fee helps cover the cost of our technicians’ time that was reserved specifically for you.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a medical emergency or other unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
